"The Johnny Dare Morning Show" conducted an interview with former WARRANT singer Jani Lane on Monday, May 18. The chat is now available for streaming at this location. It can also be heard below.

Lane told "The Johnny Dare Morning Show" that has formed a new solo band and is planning on hitting the road this summer.

The group's lineup is as follows:

Jani Lane (WARRANT) - Vocals
Keri Kelli (ALICE COOPER, SLASH'S SNAKEPIT)- Guitar
James Kottak (SCORPIONS, KINGDOM COME) - Drums
Kevin Baldes (LIT) - Bass
Shawn Zavodney (WARRANT) - Keyboards, Backing Vocals

WARRANT announced in September 2008 that it was splitting with Jani Lane six months after it first reunited with the troubled vocalist. "From the beginning of our reunion talks to the last note of our last show together in Houston [on August 31 at the Rock The Bayou festival], we have had nothing but good intentions of bringing a quality original WARRANT show to our fans and friends," the band explained in a statement. He has since been replaced by Robert Mason (LYNCH MOB, CRY OF LOVE, BIG COCK).
